Draft terms for the EnaOps beta. Short, honest, and to be reviewed by a solicitor before public launch.
1. What EnaOps is
EnaOps is software from ENA DIGITAL AI LTD that helps you organise documents and prepare figures for a UK Self Assessment tax return. It is not tax advice, accountancy, or a filing service. Estimates are produced from the figures you approve and published HMRC rates; they are not HMRC’s calculation.
2. No filing
EnaOps does not submit anything to HMRC and does not connect to HMRC systems. Filing, paying and meeting deadlines remain your responsibility. HMRC filing is on our roadmap and will be covered by updated terms.
3. Beta
The service is free during beta and provided “as is”. Features can change or be withdrawn. We may limit uploads or usage to keep the service running for everyone.
4. Your responsibilities
- Upload only documents you are entitled to use.
- Check every proposed figure before approving it; you are responsible for your return.
- Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you suspect misuse.
5. Liability
To the extent the law allows, ENA DIGITAL AI LTD is not liable for penalties, interest or losses arising from figures in your return. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. For anything outside scope (capital gains, foreign income, partnerships) the app tells you to ask an accountant.
6. Data
How we handle your data is in the privacy notice. You can export and delete your data at any time.
